Instructions
1) Browse our collection and make a wish list OR provide your requirements, and we can recommend games
2) Message us on our contact form orFacebook Page
3) Collect from one of our events
4) Provide a £20* security deposit and agree to the rules
5) Play the Games
6) Return the games letting us know if there are any issues (if you are responsible or not)
Rules:
- The library is a community service, please treat it with respect.
- Herefordshire Board Gamers owns and operates the library.
- Borrowing is free to individuals
- Borrow is free for not for profits but mutual support i.e. promotion is required where possible
- For commercial borrowing, please get in touch, we can help and are happy to trade favours or mutual support.
- Some library games are donated into the library on a temporary basis
- Any damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear will result in a bill to replace or repair the game.
- When returning a game please let us know of any issues
- A security deposit is required to secure a booking from the library and will be returned in full once games are returned and inspected. Some items or large loans will require a larger deposit
- We cannot guarantee the games are nut or other allergen free as they are borrowed and played in public.
- The loan period is flexible but we may request the games back and some games are core event games and must be returned by the next session
- If you end up buying any of the games let us know! We sell some and it’s great to let our sponsors knows their generosity has paid off.
